I was traveling in Arizona on business recently and managed to squeeze in a few shots from a neighborhood I used to live in a few years back. This shot is of "Joe's Real BBQ" in Gilbert, Arizona. I'm not the world's biggest BBQ fan but when I do venture out for BBQ, I like to find the specialty restaurants versus a chain. Any cc or comments welcome.

Love your B&W treatment of this Eddie. Assume it's HDR, the detail stands out and the composition great. I like the way the sign grabs the eye and then the street light pulls it through the scene.

Eddie, this is fantastic. I also like the starlight effect on the street lamp.

beauty shot Eddie. I really like what you've done. Its got an old school b&w feel to it with some new school... If you get what I mean.

Thanks so much, Shirley. Your assumption is correct on the HDR but not a typical HDR for me. This is a single exposure HDR that I edited in Topaz Adjust vs. Photomatix. I have been playing around with Topaz Adjust to see what kind of effects I can add and hopefully enhance the shot.

Thank you, Marianne. I was going to use a filter for the starlight effect but I liked what my settings gave me so I opted not to use it.

I get what you mean, Johnny, and thank you. That was kind of what I was going for here. I don't have a phrase to describe it but I'm with you.

I'm sure if we put our heads together we can come up with something that might stick. :)
