Canal Lock

Here is a picture I took this morning. It is a photo of a local canal Lock. Comments welcome.
The one thing that put me off was the bar nearest to the camera but I could not get any closer as I was actually on the road overlooking the canal.

This photo was taken at 6am in the morning by the way. :D

Yes, I prefer the Black and White one. It brings the scene out better I think

As I said, the picture was taken around 6-6:30am which probably explains why it looks Eerie. I plan to visit the area again and try to get closer to the lock.

Andy, was there some sort of orange street lamp or area light there?

Yes Gary, this was taken just off the road and therefore there would have been a street light there. I can't remember what colour it was but probably oragnge.
