So, first Friday of Spring, and Marianne is HOME ALONE!! Husband is coming back tomorrow! Yea! So, I walk to the cute Bistro after dinner (alone!) a block away to get a peanut butter cookie, one of their specialties, and they are OUT of them!! What's a loser to do?! Make her own!

My mouth actually watered when I looked at these! Look at the texture in those things, they look delicious!! Great composition and detail in these, Marianne. If they tasted half as good as they looked, I'm sure they were quite a treat.
