I can't believe it. Mary, we got your blizzard. I ain't jokin'! We've had 3 inches in 2 hours and MUCH more expected. Help me, Obi Wan Kenobi!! Oh,BTW - This was taken with my new pocket camera - Oly FE-280. Just a quick snap out the window. If you compare this to others taken from this same vantage point, you'll see how heavily it's snowing.

UGH Gary we have it too! We are supposed to get 12 inches tonight, and there is probably already at least 6 on the ground if not more and it is not letting up at all! We had a huge ice storm before this. What the heck is going on with this weather this year???? I want to finish my lesson, so I think I am going to settle for indoors for lesson 4! I want to learn more and I am getting tired of waiting for the outdoors! Where is that beach when I need it!Is that the most snow you have had there?

For this year, it is. We normally get one big blaster (big for this region). This looks like it. :(

Well, it seems we are all getting it. We got 8 inches day before yesterday, today one day off, just with some sun and just enough time to clean the streets and tonight we are expecting 4-6 inches and another 8-10 inches over saturday and sunday.

Isn't spring fun? :p

yep, looks like what we were getting all winter. Sorry...but it missed us this time and went barrowling for you. I worked in snow flurries yesterday and sub zero temps but no accumulation this time. We just got the gravel roads dried out enough to drive on them again without using 4-wheel drives, so figure we'll be getting rain or snow soon. Just west of my route, they got 3 to 5 inches of snow...glad it stayed west. I'm afraid I might have went postal if it snowed on me again...

But, the birds aren't bothered by it at all! I'm noticing that the Canadian Geese are starting to make their trek back north, so Spring is on its way.

Okay - I have to admit, I love the pictures of the light reflecting off the snow and how it sparkles. Other than that, my heart goes out to you Gary. Just be careful shoveling.
