Sorry guys...its been a busy couple of weeks and I've been a bit scarce..I've still got to do the topic for this week but haven't come up with anything unique yet.
I'll try and stop in more often...I did finish up lesson 4 of the course and sent off my photos for it...ready to start on lesson 5. And, I was busy getting stuff ready to ship to the grands for Easter but its on the brown truck today so that's behind me..

I have been watching but not saying much. With all the snow and cold you have been having I didn't want to say that the Pier at the beach here opened last Sunday. I have also had to mow grass once. Temp is now in the upper 70s. This is time to drag the camera out and get busy. It's SPRING TIME..

I'm still here but like everyone else been very busy of late.
I am currently on holiday and have taken over 1000 photos in 4 days!
I've really been enjoying myself but my connection to the net here is not good enough to upload the images, so once I get back home, I will upload some of the photos I promise. This is also why I havn't entered this weeks topic.
Sorry Guys.
Hope everyone has a nice easter whatever you get up to.

I also have a tendancy to go camera nuts when on vacation. I average about 400-500 per day. My "personal record" is when I shadowed a wedding photographer... 1500 shots in a 6 hour period. That's getting heavy, though.

Hi Lorne, Yes I am loving it here thanks. I have been to most places we talked about. The weather has been very mixed here this week with rain wind snow and sunshine so the effect on the waterfalls has been wonderful. I was very impressed with Fairy Falls, as I never knew it exsisted before you mentioned it. I am staying about 1 mile down the road from the dam disaster. It is a beautiful area.
As I say, I hope to upload some of the photographs once I return home, currently they are stored on my hard drive and I have to go through them. There are well over 1000 I have to go through so as you can see, I have been busy. The only place I did not get to was the top of Snowdon which is one of the things I really wanted to do but not to worry, there will no doubt be other opportunities.
