Thanks, Jerry.

Link says "No photos found".

Flickr is having growing pains, try it again in a few minutes. That happened to me, and a refresh made it work. I also refreshed the link (http://flickr.com/photos/jerryph/sets/72157604201860965/show/)... that may have been an issue as well. :)

Ok, now this is strange. I see the pictures when logged in, of course, but I also see them when logged out (as an anonymous user would).

This is the full link:

Sorry for all the inconvenience! :(

Jerry - well done. I love the Ukranian eggs. Were those done by your mom or someone you know??

They were done by my grandmother who is passed away.

Whew, glad to see it works now, at least!

That first pink egg picture is one that I made using this swirl contraption that never worked out. It was hilarious to see me try to make something from it. All that ended up happening is this semi-coloured egg that looks like it has the mumps! :p

I had fun fighting with it to get it where it came out (terribly), and I'll probably eat that trouble maker tomorrow.

That will teach it... lol

Easter is a little light this year. My sister has a massive cold and my niece (her daughter) wants to stick close to her to make sure she is ok. Neither are coming here becuase they don't want us to catch her cold.

I haven't colored eggs in a lot of years, not sure why. Easter at my house is an egg hunt with plastic eggs filled with goodies for the grandkids followed by a brunch. If the weather were nicer, the egg hunt would be outdoors.

I used to use coloured eggs in my egg hunts for my niece until she of course became too grown up for those kinds of things (at the age of 11-12)... lol.

I never made the mistake of counting how many eggs I hid, and that she found them all. I always left a hint on paper with each egg on where the next one was. It used to be so much fun. I tried to write it in rhym or a rhythm.

Great afternoons with many a laugh were always guaranteed. I need to do this again once she turns 18... just becuase. (ha-ha)

Jerry - I always count the eggs and this year, I now hide for two boys. Just have to make sure I have the same number for each one.

You are lucky! And yes, counting is kind of important, especially when using real eggs. Last thing I would want to find is an egg in the closet a month later, ha-ha!
