South Carolina Beach 22 March 2008

Managed to get to the Beach early this morning. Was hoping for a great sunrise but it just didn't happen. Low clouds.

I see an aperture of F/16, but the people in the first pic look out of focus. Motion blur? I see the shutter speed is 1/60th.

The second pic, the rock looks well focused. Normally, I can use something like F/8 or F/11 and get a very deep DOF.

I think the pics are awesome, just wanted to ask. :)

I like the rock picture myself. For the other picutre, I would rather see them closer and the beach behind them. And as Jerry said, both great pictures.
