Hello All -

I had the pleasure of meeting face to face one of our fellow members - Joseph (coffee.

We actually don't live too far from each other and were at a local photography workshop/learning event. We able to spend time talking with each other and putting a face to the name. It was fun to get to actually meet someone you "talk to" on the boards.

That must have been fun. That would be nice to be able to put a face with a name. I am glad you two had the opportunity to meet.

Sounds good Debbie. It is always funny when you meet someone for the first time after meeting them on a forum. Sometimes they look totally different from what you expect.

Hi there. It was great to meet you also Debbie, and thanks. You have great humor, I like that. I wanted to say goodby to you after the seminar ended, but got a call that my afternoon meeting was moved up, so I had to leave during the last break. But should see you again at your local club. I'm looking into the next monthly meeting. Is there anything member bring to the meetings that I should know about?

Anyway, it was way cool to meet you, and your funny buddies. And I will see you middle of April. :-)

I've been through that situation many times, but thorugh my car forum. We do many meets and gatherings in the summer and thf fun part is that they mostly look/act/talk way differently than they do on the forums.

With me, I get the same comment all the time... what you see here is what you see face to face. The same enthusiasm here is the same enthusiasm I exude face to face. It's all about the fun, right?
