This is a HUGE pet-peeve of mine. With today's spell checkers, I really can't understand how professional documents would have type-errors. Did anyone see lesson 2 assignment - "Learnt" is not a word!

I would suggest hiring a proof reader to update the pages or have students provide feedback on the lessons. I would be happy to send corrections for a discount on products & services.

I used to be like that...every little thing that wasn't perfect bothered me, and then one day I realized there are much BIGGER things to worry about in life.(When you get some very bad news from a physician it changes your whole outlook on life) Now, I just live life, and try to love every moment of it. It made me a better person!

That's also the Canadian way of spelling it. ;)

We also say "colour" and a few other choice words back from our earlier days.

The bottom line is that as long as you understand the lesson, international wording is not as important.

No kidding? I was given a ribbing often for my many "Canadianisms" during the time I lived in Texas. I was even literally complained about once because I had no southern drawl in my voice and had one person complain because "he speaks too clearly"... lol

What a fun world we live in! :D

HaHa! Thats too funny. I live in Texas too (for 17yrs) and everyone asks if I just moved down here because I have no accent. My grandparents who are up north say I sound so southern and the southerners think I sound northern...go figure..
