The course will definately help you with your photography... but you are on your own for the spelling! (ha-ha)

Welcome!

Chicken -

Welcome to the group. The pictures you posted aren't bad. I like the red in the flower and such a sweet little girl. Don't be shy - ask questions, someone usually pops in with an answer.

BTW - I can't help your spelling either since I forget words.

Welcome Chicken. It is very nice to have you with us. Like Debbie said, if you have any questions - just ask! Oh yeah, those photos are nice. What camera did you have when you took those? (OK my daughter was on her name, and for some reason it kept hers...I am actually LensBaby!

Thanks Debbie - Will put the poor spelling down to dodgy connection on wireless keyboard. :D
Thanks for the welcome

Sue - so weird. As I was typing response, all of a sudden, your message changed. Don't do that - it was kinda freaky!!

HAHA sorry! I was looking at my message and saw Macies name. She has her own computer, but yet the kids are always on M I N E! Now I am going to have to check all of the time. I am going to join a camera club with her, so she can learn new things!

Thanks lensbaby
It was a canon powershot pro 1 that I have just sold on.
Sounds like you have given the bug to your daughter - My daughter just becomes the subject most of the time along with her 12 week old sister. lol

Yes, I did give her the bug, better than the flu I suppose. (more expensive though) My 5 year old wanted a digital camera for Christmas, and she did get one! So now they both of the bug. :D:D:D

Blimey - starting young then - The trouble is i have to take pics of all my 2 yr olds toys, then she has to view them before she will stand still for me to take one of her.
Anyway everyone seems really friendly - I think I will enjoy this course
Thanks everyone

Chicken -

That sounds like my grandson, when I can get him to sit now. He's getting tired of Nana always taking pictures.

HAHA I just thought of something! That is probably why the girls wanted their own cameras - so they could PAY me back and make me sit for them.

Well of course. I'm trying to get my oldest grandson into photography and let him use my point-shoot when he's over.

Welcome to the group, Chicken. Such a funny name...LOL..will try and be helpful with your photos but the spell checker will have to handle your spelling. I can't spell worth a darn and most of the time the spell checker is totally confused as to what I'm trying to spell.

I loved the photo of the Hibiscus and your daughter is a doll.
