DId you guys see this camera Olympus Stylus SW

It can go UNDER WATER at the pool or beach. It is also freeze proof and the say smash proof. I might get this for my camera to take to the beach! I was looking at it at Target last night, and wow it is really cool. I would not mind to have a little compact camera as well, because I hate taking mine to the beach because of the sand. There are limit in feet how far it can fall etc, but still looks really neat. I like the 850 I believe it is.

If I didn't have so much tied up in the new camera right now, this would be FANTASTIC for Cocoa Beach next month. I do however, have a small P&S that's going with me as well.

My Oly broke, and it was such a good camera. I would love to have another just to take to places that I do not want to take my DSLR

I know what you mean. In addition to being on the beach for a week, we're also spending a day off-shore fishing - not someplace I want to take the new camera with. My hubby says if I lose that one overboard, he would hate to see me not only jump overboard to get it, but watching me cry the rest of the trip.

I did look at the Olympus 1030 SW 10.1MP for my Hubby for his b-day (he got infected by the photo bug too) but decided to purchase the Olympus SP-570UZ instead.
