Does anybody know the "common name" for this one?

I don't know, but I do know the photo is really pretty. I love the bright color.

When ever I talk about this shrub it's alway:
"the one in the front bed with the red flowers"

It does bloom all year round here and it doesn't seem to mind the sand.
