Not sure if I have done this correctly, apologies I am not very good at this forum stuff - but it is fun learning how to get around them.

I have nearly completed my course, and what a wonderful exercise and learning curve it has been.

Anyone thinking of starting the course, just do it you will learn so much. Also you learn so much just from reading the information from all in the forums/ fabulous and fun, likeable people, loads of laughs - thank you all.

Now thats something one doesn't see everyday. Is that their method of hunting?

The front legs are tack sharp and the body of the spider is a little soft. Try increasing DOF to around F/4 and see if the next time you can get your subject entirelely in focus.

Hi, no not hunting this is finding the materials for the house (the curled leaf becomes home).

Yes I wish I had increased my DOF - but have you ever been there just taking the shots and were so intrigued with what you were seeing, everything else just goes out of your mind? That is what happened to me...
