Hi,
I have elements 6.0. I just switched (past day) from a D70S to a D300. Now Elements reads all of my RAW photo's and 'damaged or in a format that can't be read'.
I'm sure there's a quick fix - I just can't find it quickly.
Cam someone help?

Go to the Adobe site and update your PS E. Program.
Same thing happened to me when I bought my Canon 40D. Elements couldn't read the RAW files. It wasn't a program update really, it was an official hotfix dedicated to that particular camera's firmware.
I did take a look around the Adobe site for an update for your particular camera, but came up empty. Wish ya luck though.

I use Elements5 and had to get plug ins from the Adobe Site and again when I changed Pc to Vista Op Sys, had to reload the plug ins to see my Fuji Raw Images but my Pentax camera I set to DNG Raw which Elements can see. I would suggest a look at the Adobe Downloads for elements and you may get suitable plug in, if not try support enquiry to Adobe.

Hi again, had quick look at adobe site and I think the link you need is http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=3907
this appears to be link to camera raw update for elem5 & 6 and the further link on that page to camera raw page gives full list of supported cameras and the d300 seems to be there, hope this helps. Be sure to get the download instructions from the adobe site.
