Hi everyone,
I have a chance at purchasing ad Canon F1 camera from someone that i know, it comes with five lenses and one flash, just wondering what you guys think about this camera and if u think its a good purchase!!
The asking price is 600.00

It all depends on the lenses. If it is 5 cheap lenses, you are just overpaying. If it is 5 good lenses that are compatible and functionla with newer digital equipment, its a potential great deal. Just a thought though... an F1 is a 1971 film camera. You may want to consider investing that into a more modern digital camera. The advantages are just so much more.

If you like film better than digital, then I would say get a film camera, BUT as far a digital, you can take photos over and over and over until you get what you want, and this is just for the price of what it costs to charge the battery, and then the cost of printing it. With film, you have a good chance of getting a photo of no use, and then you are still out the processing money. This is something to consider when purchasing a camera. Think of the long road ahead, and what is more cost efficient for you.
