Hi! I have to begin with that I am so very happy to be here! I am really excited about this course and I am sure that with a little practice I will be able to navigate in here with little or no problem!
I am a 38 year old stay at home mom with four children ages 11,10,8, and 6. I did not sign up before because I still had one at home. Now she is in first grade and I can devote (with the support, thank god!! of my husband) a little bit more time to what I want to be when I grow up, and that is a a photographer. I have wanted this for as long as I can remember and it seems that now I might make that a reality. I am not into this to make a tone of money, some would be nice of course, but it's more of I want to be noticed type of thing. After 12 years of doting on others (my kids) as much as I love them, I want to do something that I not only enjoy but I am LEARNING! Clean the cobwebs out of my brain and make me think about things other than the three squares, laundry, grades, I am sure there are others out there that know what I am saying!

Anyway thanks for listening to me and I look forward to talking with you for awhile!

Welcome Kelly! I am also a 38 year old mother of four. You will find this course very helpful, and for me photography is MY quiet time. (I do not have much of it though trust me!) Everybody on this forum is very nice and helpful, so if you have a question, or need help just ask! :D

Welcome Kelly. I have 6 children all grown up. Photography can strain every brain cell you have while you are having fun. Cameras can laugh while you pull your hair out. Have fun tho.
