One thing I would like to see...

...is the votes and average score next to the stars on the contest page. Right now if you want to check these things you either have to hover your mouse over each pictures stars. I would like to be able to see these without having to do this. Make it so the number of votes, and the average score is right next to the stars. Thanks for listening.

I also think it would be great in addition to what I mentioned above, is to have a rank number next to the above mentioned numbers that shows what the photos rank positions at that given time. The rank that would make the winner at any given time.

Let me combine these two post to try and make some sense out of it.

When one goes to the contest front page, the thumbnail that shows all the photos in the contest, Here is the information you can get without having to hover the mouse or click on the photo. The info that would be next to the stars if you will.

1. The stars. Don't know if it would be nessesary if you have the following info, but the stars if you like.
2. The number of votes that one gets. I think this catagory is very important. One can win with more votes with lower value, than fewer "5" votes if there is more interest. I like this idea.
3. The average that one gets from the number of votes, and the vote ratings that each vote generates.
4. The rank that each photo has, or just say the top three if it's too hard to rank all of them.

All this information would be on the same line as the stars that each photo has when there is a vote or votes cast.

Here is the contest pages Lisa. Just go to the forum front page. At the top will be the contest pages to link to. I hope you will enter soome of your photos Lisa. It is very fun to follow a photo that you submit to the contest. It's done within your gallery gage.

If you need help finding how to enter a photo to the monthly contest just ask. but in a nut shell; you upload all your photos to your gallery. When doing so you will have an option to upload to the current monthly gallery as well. Any and all photos enter into any catagory will be a part of your gallery. Please take advantage of doing this. Not enough of our members upload thier photos to thier gallery. As you can see by my sig, I have almost 100 photos entered into my gallery. I love taking a little time now and then to looking at memmbers gallery and commenting on them. This, to me is the real way you learn more about the photos you take and are proud of.

Go to my gallery if you like, look over what I have uploaded, and comment on them. Give me some CC if you like. I love to hear how other members might do things a little different. Here is my gallery:

POTM means photo of the month, and you submit a photo for that months topic that admin will announce/has announced, and you can win real prizes! It is very cool
