Well, this weekly photoshots has faded...and what a pity!!! it was so much fun!!! i have not been on here for such a long time...just the occasional pop in! miss it! but i have been out there working hard at looking for work as my maternity has ended and its time to face the real world now...i have eventually found myself something and i am starting tomorrow - i am gonna miss my little ladybug so much!!! but these things have got to happen, right?

besides, i will be looking forward getting a bit of myself back again! but on the other hand, i am going to find it rather hard to keep up with you all on here...:( but i will try!!!

Good luck in the new position Janine!

I know how work can be overbearing and easily take away your "photo time", I am in that boat as well... I work a minimum of 14 hours a day 7 days a week, but when I get time, first thing I run to is my D200, also known as "the stress killer"... lol

I am booked pretty much from now till 2nd week in October, when I take a week off to celebrate a very special occassion... my parent's 50th anniversary (I am taking them to Canada's largest Cctoberfest celebration in Kitchener/Waterloo Ontario). You KNOW I will have the camera and video cam there rolling as much as my dance partner lets me... lol

Janine - congratulations on your new position. I wish you the best of luck with it. And yes things like that have to happen (to answer your question) Being a police officer I had to work every holiday - every weekend, and night shifts at that...I was a single parent and missed so much of my children's lives,, BUT I had to do it ! We hope you will be able to find time to pop in and say hi. We need to start those weekly photos again. I really miss them!

Janine - congratulations on another new chapter in your life. I too remember way back when I started back to work after having a baby. Your days will go by fast as you can hardly wait to get back home to see your little one. Don't forget to pop in with photo updates.

Maybe now that summer is over, someone can start with a weekly topic?
