Darken it. I DL'd it and tried it to see, it makes it look a lot lonelier. But I like the subject. Maybe a little bit of shore in the foreground, to give it some place.

I lowered the exposure by -3/4, set "Recovery" at 100, contrast at +2 and blacks at 6.

I love b&W, better than color by a lot.

I also think that a little bit more foreground would make the boat look more abandoned and lonely.
