This has to do with mainly the zoo pics.Well if i may comment.Remember i learn by trying to analyze your photos.I think the first thing you want to try in every picture is to find your main subject. You have many many things in your photographs.Once you get your main subject, try to crop the pictures so that your main subject is isolated in a way so you know exactly whos the star of your picture.
You show good signs on composition. The rails, roads are great examples of leading lines. Those types of pics make us follow those to the end of the road or follow the fence etc.Now that weve done this though ,whats at the end .What are you drawing our eyes towards???To me theres nothing at the end .Again only my opinions.
Secondly,it seems some of your pics have some exposure problems. If you have any photo editing software like photoshop, you can fix some of these..You also take many subjects with a great deal of light behind the subject and at times it looks as if your taking pics with the light in front of you(sun)and not behind or to side.A lot of the subjects get kinda blown out.Very contrasty and your pics lose alot of detail.Pic 117 is a great example.
In the beginning ,its difficult. These are just my opinions. Its hard to see them on my little laptop and not on my big computer. If im seeing them wrong ,forgive me.
Youre gonna be a great photographer .You are also using great composition techniques.I think youre going to be turning in some phenomenal photos in the coming weeks.Keep on shootin.
Lastly i leave you this.Im also only 2-3 months into this course and many of our full members will give you some great critiques .Thank you for letting me comment and try to analyze your photos which helps me further my learning. Eyevan

I didn't see any dedicated zoo shots that Eyevan talks about.
It's hard to comment on so many shots at one time. It's always better to post one or two perhaps so we can talk in depth about it.
But I can say as a gallery it's a great start. What I noticed right away was how nice the compositions were, as well as balance. A I also like your unique angles on some of your shots. This is hard to teach, and you either have an eye for that or you don't.
All in all I like it so far. If you would like CC on any particular photo, please post it up and we can talk about it specifically.
