i am looking to get a photo like the one in the link below, but i am not sure how to go about getting one. anyone know of any good tutorials for this? i cant seem to find any.

This wouldn't be hard to do Chris. You need a strong backlight situation. I like early morning an hour or so after sunrise. I would shoot about 5 to 7 stop bracket. Take your exposure reading from the in the mid tones of the light and bracket 2 stops under to 3 stops over exposed. To diffuse the light, stretch a I like a piece of black panty hose or stocking streached tightly over the lens.

Not quite as bright as the effect you want to get , but misty morning or evening weather can give a similar effect.
