Question on the POTM entries!

Hello everyone, I just enrolled in the course this past weekend and am very excited about learning to develop my passion of photography. That being said, I have read the rules for the photo of the month entries and there doesn't appear to be any thing mentioned about the photos being recent, as in taken specifically for this entry. I happen to have a photo taken last December that I feel would fit into this category nicely and am wondering if it would be acceptable, or should I just take a new couple of shots for this month?

There isn't any hard rule about a submitted photo for the monthly contest taken date. I have went back into my past shots to post entries.

Yes, I can confirm that there are no restrictions on when the photos have been taken. If you feel you have an excellent photoraph for the current theme, by all means upload it to the competition.
