New member saying Hi and thanks

Hi Everybody,

Just wanted to say Hi to everybody. I have just started doing the proud photography course and am learning heaps as only a beginner who enjoys taking photos but who couldnt find her way around a camera to save herself.
I am a kiwi nurse living and working in outback Australia - very remote and isolated and taking photos is what keeps me sane although working full time with two children under the age of 2 doesnt give me alot of time to get out their and do it.
Am currently working night shift so have had some time to read the postings on this forum and have to say I am picking up so many tips from you guys so thanks to you all. Am also enjoying looking at your photos and have to say I am impressed and hope I too will have some nice photos to add myself although that might not be for a little while yet.
Once again thanks to those of you who take the time to answer questions and give advice ... its great and I look forward to reading more on this forum.

Hi Dee. It is great to have you with our group of fine photographers. I cannot wait to see some photos. We learn off of each others photos, and that is what makes it nice to be able to share with each other!
