Other well known and highly suggested books would be:
- Understanding Exposure by Bryon Peterson (a true jewel of information for beginner and intermediate photographers!)
- SKIN by Lee Varis (post processing the human skin for incredible results)
- For Nikon owners visit www.bythom.com and see if he has a guide for your Nikon camera. The info contained in his works include both photography information and tells you things about your camera that not even Nikon can!
- Master Lighting Guide for Portrait Photographers by Christopher Grey is an excellent book on the concepts of studio lighting. Techniques can be used with higher end studio lighting or even basic battery powered flash lighting.
