Hi I am new to the forum and it looks great. Just for my interest where are you guys based? I'm in Australia...
Anyway my question is about the Sigma 10-20mm lens. I have a Kikon D200 and all Nikon lenses but I would love an extra wide angle like this one. My money is a bit tight to buy more Nikon lenses...does anyone find this Sigma a good standard?

Cheers

Hi Mel, I don't have a Sigma 10-20mm but I do have a Sigma 55-200mm, and I can't fault it at all. Personally I would definatly buy Sigma again.
(p.s. I'm in England)

Sigma lenses are well worth the money. Almost as good as the manufacture lenses at a lot less money. I have 2 Sigma lenses and very happy with them.

I have a Tamron 11-18 DiII and its been an
awesome lens.It sells for about 500 and is great for cameras that dont have full size sensors.

Hi Mel. I bought the Sigma 10-20 after reading good reviews in uk camera mags. Has since been awarded best buys and value for money so pleased with my buy. Takes great pics too.

I happen to own both the D200 and the Sigma 10-20mm. It is not a very fast lens, but it is a lens that gives incredible results. I've even used it on my D700 with success. It is a lens that gives very warm and pleasing results to pictures.

I highly recommend this lens.
