Canon macro 100mm F2.8 lens - Oh I simply love it!

Here are a couple of macro shots taken this week. As it is our wet monsoon season, I guess most of my garden photography will have raindrops :))

I never tire at looking at macro shots and especially ones with raindrops. And of course, flowers are my most favorite images. You have a knack for composing, Igrid.

I have a macro lens on my list to purchase but had to put it on the back burner for a while. Not only did I break my ankle at work, I also just put in an order for a new Sony a700. I can't wait till it gets here. I'm keeping my a100 and going to carry both bodies. That way, I won't have to keep swapping lenses. So...until I save up some more money, the macro lens will have to wait.
