Hey everyone,
One of my goals this year was to get better at photoshop. So I decided to practice with this photo.
This is Lancaster City PA Reserve Engine 6-4-5. This use to be a front line engine for many years till It got bumped to reserve status. This now functions as the Hazardous Materials Engine Company. It's purpose is to provide additional equipment and personal to the County Haz Mat Team if needed for an incident.
Pretty much all I did with this photo was alot of layering, blending and texture. I also used a new filter I got for photoshop and absolutley love it..
