It would help if you explain how you are going to make this book and which page format;
If it is DIY with commercial paper:
the very simple way is to print it twice and cut it in half, leaving 2cm overlap for the part hidden by the binding mechanism.

You could also cut the pic in half using the marquee and print both halves.
