Not too bad. The outfit looks fitting. I'd add a little noise. If you've got PS try adding a little gaussian noise for that grainy look.

This is really great. Wonderful imagination. I really like the grain added to it also. Make it look more dated and gives it an added element of texture.

Looks good. Try adding a small amount of blur to the model's face too. The older cameras weren't as sharp as they are today and they never really caught the catch lights very well.

If you add a slight blur to her face and reduce the noise just a bit, I think you'll really be happy.
