HI there I was just wondering when does the Feb POTM close and the voting start. Every time I log in it says that Feb is still open for the comp

If you open the current POTM, it will say what current state the contest is in above the entries. Monthly contest links also tell the current state. In a nut shell, entry is the first 3 weeks of the month, with voting the following 2 weeks. Voting for the previous month, and entry for current month overlap by 1 week. Winners are anounced in the middle of every month.
