Hi
I am about to upgrade from my Canon 75-300mm lens.
I seem to have two choices that are appealing to me. The first is the Canon 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM. This looks to be a good lens but I am not sure about the push pull zoom system. I have heard bad things about how long the will last and about the amount of dust this lens will suck in. This lens does give me more zoom than my current lens and also alot better glass.
My other choice is the Canon 70-200mm F 2.8L USM. Although this lens has a smaller zoom I can add the 2x11 EX Lens extender. This will give me about the same zoom capability and with the extender added it will still be as quick as the 100-400mm. This lens does not have the image stabiliser on it as well.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Brad
