ok guys my paintshop pro is down and i need this photo cleaned up,can i get some help please lol

If you need help with it as an example, many will try, but it sounds like you want it edited to use for something. In which case it would be time wasted because we don't have access to the larger file. We would be editing a very small file and that wouldn't do anyone any good. If you want to send me the large jpg or RAW, if it's under 10 megs, I could try some things on it. But you would have to wait till I have some free time.

no its for example only, i took it sometime ago i just wanted to see what some of you guys would do different than me.plus my software is acting up,it just freezes up now and then.

Nice job Gillian, I used a Gaussian Blur filter to soften the skin, is that how you did it?

Thank you! I was looking for a good photo to practice portrait retouching with, and your photo was such a
wonderful treat to have found and worked with!

It seems I tend to favor more of a tanned look in my edits and
I'm thinking this is a result of my having grown up in southern Florida. :)
