Paclett, just had a browse at your pics of birds, which is my favourite forte. I have to say, I have nothing as stunning as yours.

Don't like:

1. The layout of the site because there is no way that I see to click and look at one image in a larger view.
2. Your opening images is sharpened over the top. There is bad haloing and certain sharpening noise throughout the image.
3. Many images are over sharpened.
4. I also don't like that the images are stacked vertically. You could fit most of these on one screen if next to each other horizontally.

Do Like:
1. Almost ever image is wonderfully composed. Wonderful eye for balance and interest.
2. Great color and exposure.
3. Good camera angles.

I like your site very much Paul. I would like to be able to click on an image and view it in it's full glory. Be careful of over sharpening. Thank for sharing it Paul, keep up the good work.

You have followed my suspitions to the letter
they used to be in flash galleries but whilst looked good to much with the music and stuff.

Oversharpening !! is actually enlarging to much from file to give resonable view.
on profiled and calibrated monitor not as bad as a lot of others.

No, the flash gallery was removed for those over here with dail up modems and slow machines!!!

have changed the pages a bit so hope better?

What I did is change the flash galleries so as no musie or slideshow will present..
have changes some of the pages to allow full scale views. what do you think?

I like how you layed out the images. Much nore intuitive and can view on one screen. I can't view any in full view however.

So far have only done the new stuff page am working on the others as we type.
