Mark, you are really good at this! I love all your postings and this one is right up there...love the softness of it.

I also love the soft look to this. I think the only thing I would change to crop just below the highlight in the upper right corner.

Hi Mary and thank you very much for your comments, this picture came about when my niece was playing hide and seek, as you can see she was hiding behind the tree which gave me the chance to capture the picture.
The soft look is a touch of post work in Photoshop, I try to be very subtle with any post work I do so as not to lose the essence of what I am trying to achieve.

Hi Cathy and again I thank you for your comments, I used a touch of soft focus effect using Photoshop.

Hi Debbie and thank you for your comments, with regards to cropping out of the top right corner, don’t you feel that by cropping the top I will loose the portrait orientation and therefore the proportion, how about cloning from lower down the tree to fix this.
Do you feel that the light in the corner is detracting from the main subject.

Very cut, she looks so innocent. I love the little pink babble on her hair.

cheers Martha

Very beautiful and I don't find the highlight distracting at all. I would of not noticed had it not been mentioned.

Thank you Owen for your comments, I cloned it out on a copy
from the original and it looked ok as well.
