Hi Stephen,
Your shot is now on your own Thread in Weekly Photoshots. You probably already know this.
I think you mentioned before that you were taking shots with your mobile phone... Am I correct? As I think I read a return comment by Jerryph who is great at explaining lost of things.
I agree with Jerryph that a mobile phone, no matter how new, will not have the quality, etc, and also you are unable to change any settings as on a normal camera. I have checked out some of your shots, and some are really nice considering you are taking them on a phone camera. You could save and start with a small camera, and learn from there, just as I am.
