Now bearing in mind, the flower is about 1cm wide, I'm pretty chuffed. HHCC please, thanks! :)

Jayne I posted a pic on here saying it was a Bee, but someone said it was not a bee but a Hover Fly. It's looks nothing like this insect, perhaps there are different species.

When I'm trying to title an image like this one, or keyword it, I always get confused at how many different types of bees and variations there are for almost every type of bug. Sometimes even the smallest of differences differentiate between two different variations. It is very confusing.

Thanks for your comments Joseph. Coming from the macro king, they're most appreciated, lol.
This is definitely a hover fly as it was "hovering" before it settled on that particular flower. :)

Great capture Jayne. I can't believe the flower is only 1cm wide, he must've been a tiny little thing! Hope to get my macro lens soon. Fascinating world eh!
Beautiful. Rampant lens envy (lensvy?)here.

I love the colours jayne.
I thought this flying bug was a wasp.

Thanks guys. :)
Denise - I wish I knew the name of the flower so you guys could get some perspective. I only know it as my granddads flowers. (Long story, lol)
Pat - hehehehe!!! ;)
Melody - Nope, it's a hover fly. :p
