Dedicated Monthly Winners Topic?

I think it would be great to have an added locked topic in the Competitions & Challenges section that highlight the monthly winners. This topic would be locked so that only the winners information and winning image would be displayed, along with what the monthly theme was. And maybe provide a small slot for the proud photographer to talk a little about the image, camera settings, image situation, or anything they feel would be of interest to the viewers. Maybe even provide a link to the photographers website within PP, or outside of PP if they have one, to help promote their images to a greater extent.

Of course everyone is proud after winning the monthly contest, and they would probably love to be in the spot light a little more than at present time. Just an idea.

Hi Joseph, not a bad idea. The winners have now a dedicated category under "Photo of The Month" forum where you can find new winners every month from now on. It will be much easier to find them and open a discussion. For simplicity, members cannot create new threads but can send new posts within existing threads.
