Are these straight from the camera? I get a feeling of "over sharpening" in them to compensate for an ever so slightly soft focus, especially the first three.

I like the feel of them, though. Nice angles and composition.

Jerryph - Yep, they are straight from the camera. Completely untouched otherwise. The first 3 were taken at a stately home so I couldn't choose my lighting
