Beautiful shots and very nice framing. Do you use ps for the frames? How do you decide on the colour of the frame?

Hey MJ and again thank you, I don’t have a macro lens, most of my photos
are shot with my 100-300mm or my 70-200mm, this way I can stand back
and watch the bees and get the flight shots.

Hi Denise and thank you for your comments.
The software used for the frames was paintshop pro photo x2, I pick the frame
colours out of the picture. The frames can be a good way of helping decide on a
mount scheme prior to framing.
My main work flow for photos is Nikon capture NX2 which I rarely have to come out of.
I have, and use Photoshop but more for my work as a 3d artist / visuliser.

Mark I have tried to get shots like that with both my 70-200 and 28-135(this lens has that "macro" feature) but none have come out with that kind of detail up close or cropped.

How did you do it?
