I was fortunate enough to have a field pass; I was standing right next to the Sports Illustrated photographer. We didn't speak, though; he was working, his time is money.

Canon 40D. Canon EF 100-400L f/4-5.6 IS.

Good coverage, nice shots. You also thought right about a SI photographer, and you did the right think in not disturbing him.

Those are some Great shots.... getting on the sideline must of been awesome...I too LOVE the Trai Essex shot the best!!
