Raw File Problem

Hi All, need some help again...

I used both my cameras this morning on RAW and JPEG setting. The RAW pics taken with the Alpha 100 open fine with PhotoShop CS3 but when I try to open the Alpha 350 RAW pics with PhotoShop I get the following message:

"Could not complete request because it is not the right kind of file"

I looked at the properties of both cameras RAW pics and the files are the same. Anybody know what I do wrong?

Go to Adobe and install the update for the Alpha 350. That should be all you need. Let us know.

Great glad to help and that it's sorted out. I would do like I do and save the update file in the event that you have to restore your computer and will again need the file.

Thanks, did that. Im making it a habit of saving all updates on a seperate Hdrive. BTW, love your pic in POTM cometition
