I finally got around to doing this assignment. Thanks to the guys around the firehouse for there help as well.

HI Mike, I will give you my two cents. I'm assuming lessen 3 is the panning lesson. There is no doubt that panning is certainly represented in the first two shots. I'm not sure how the third fits in. It's been a while since I did lesson 3 so forgive me. The affect you have in the first two pics show that panning is present, but very subtle. And since it is so subtle, it doesn't jump out at me that is was a creative technique you did, and might be a focus error instead. In order to get a more dramatic panning scene, I would have slowed the shutter more than you did. I don't know what your camera settings were, but I would think that slowing it down by 2x from what you had there would have blurred more where you want it and given it a more creative touch with more dramatics. Thanks for the comments and the third shot is making an object disappear. If you look at the bottom of the photo you can see the outline of the gentlemans feet as hes walking through the shot.
