camera bags

hope this is the right section for this question. i am loking to buy a camera backpack. not a slingshot. and would like to know if there are any makes that have the section for the camera and stuff in the TOP compartment. i go out on my bike quite a lot and its a real drag when you have to open the bottom compartment and flip over the top to get to your gear,
