if you remember i had problems trying to ge my 15 year old daughter lauren in front of the camera ..now i cant keep her away from it lol see what you think of these ..taken with a d40x in raw mode ..edited and transferred over to jpeg ..let me know your thoughts guys please on how i can improve

They look pretty good to me, citrine. The only things I can think of (imho) is maybe backing off just a tad with the light(s). In the last two there are areas of the white sleeve that seem to be washed out. Perhaps a high or low backlight to add highlights/halo to the hair.
