I was going to submit this for my B/W assignment but can't because I already submitted one and I guess you can't redo the assignment if you don't like your grade. But, I still like the image! It is SO hard to come up with images around here. I catch myself taking the same images over and over again. :rolleyes:

It's a nice shot Mary. I'm liking B&W more and more.

As far as submitting assignments: If nothing has changed from a year or so ago, you can certainly re-submit an assignment in hopes of improving a previous grade. I don't know if you have to wait till a assignment is graded or not. It's similar to re-taking the classroom test. Now it could be that they done away with "extra credit" I will call it. But when I was in the course it was certainly allowed and I took advantage of it at times.

I was under that thinking too but its not giving me an option to re-submit now. It's only telling me that I've already completed this assignment and can't update it.

I like B/W that I view but I'm not very good at capturing it. I guess my likeness for color keeps me from 'seeing' in B/W...:)

HI Mary. I just looked back at some old emails where I asked this specific question to Peter and he said you can absolutely submit new photo's for a better grade. He stated that you upload them to the same assignment.

If there is no way of uploading new images in an assignment, then either the policy has changed, or there is a page problem in the site. I would email Peter if you are interested in doing this.

Hi Mary - Yes -- I did that a few months ago- asked to "redo" an assignment and they had to do something to the page so I could resubmit-- so email him and let him know what you want to do!!
