I just wanted to say hi to my fellow class mates. I am in Australia. where is everyone else from? How are you finding the course? I am really enjoying it. It's not too complicated that you get bogged down but it covers enough to teach you the foundations to practice on your own and the support is there when you need it. Looking forward to hearing from some of you out there.

Hi there, I am from the UK too!!!:D

Was thinking of cracking on with assignment 3 as well this weekend but I have a horrible cold - and I am pregnant so cant even dose myself with meds...so guess it will have to wait till I feel human again - was really excited about the assignment tho...:(

Glad to hear a fellow UK is also here!!!

Any chance that there are any South Africans here too?

well, i tried assignment 3 and didn't have much luck! :(

I liked the idea of moving cars rather than people so decided to head into my town centre to a well known busy road and when i got there the traffic was at a standstill!!! typical :D did eventualy manage it but i still want another try before i move on...

Hi
I am really enjoy the course and learning more each day. A baby would keep you pretty busy but think of the great photos you can take of your baby when you are done. How is the weather up in NSW?

I am from Cairns, Tropical North Queensland, Australia. Cheers from a very hot humid place. Merry Christmas to you all. May 2008 and be a splendid one for us all. Happy snapping :)

Seems to be the trend, Ingrid. These forums are going to get mighty busy in the very near future, it seems!

And that's the way we like it to be because the busier the forum the more chance there is of us learning from each other, besides, if I keep talking to myself my wife will think I have gone mad :D

For a photographic forum, there are not too many photos uploaded. We will have to smarten up our act in 2008. Right? ;)

Indeed, I think the problem with most of us at the moment is the very cold weather. We have not been out much plus it is the busiest time of year really. I'm sure once we have christmas out of the way there will be more photos going up, plus, I hope to start the photo comp in January which should attract some more photos :)
