Participants will compete in categories ranging from fine art, fashion, advertising, sport, wildlife and documentary. 11 January 2010 – Renaissance International Photography Prize 2010 is now open for submissions. The 2010 categories are Landscapes, People, Movement and Reflections. 14 January 2010 - The World Press Photo is now inviting professional photographers and photojournalists to enter the competition. Single pictures and story/portfolios may be submitted in over 10 categories. The first prize winner in each category will receive 1,500 euros and $10,000 for World Press Photo of the year.
