Basically at the end of the post there I have posted a topic. All you have to do is post an image with your Interpretation of that topic.
Hope that helps a little :)

Sorry Missed it But Thanks :)
Steve, this new Interpretation Game sounds interesting to me with a wide scope for thought.
I am already thinking about your first CHALLENGE for this week:
"CHRISTMAS".
Hopefully others will also come up with some ideas as well.
Thanks for all these game ideas Steve.
Hi Kaye,
I thought this would be a good game because as the title suggest its open to the Interpretation of the person posting which hopefully will make it more interesting.
I look forward to seeing what people will post. (If they do that is)
Pat, re your shot in the Interpretation Game: Very clever.
I presume you Photoshoped the "Pat" ...
Come on guys, 2 more days to get you submissions in for the game.
:)

Hi Steve
Ok given it a shot :o
Hi Kaye. Yes, admittedly I ps'd my name. Also the falling snow, the snow piled on the sign, and the icicles hanging from the sign. The stocking I cut from another photo and pasted in, the scroll (Santa's list) was from a stock image of a full partially unrolled scroll. I just used the top rolled part. The hardest part (tho hard only in comparison to the rest of the get up and not all that difficult) was moulding the words to the scroll so it hopefully looked somewhat realistic. About the only thing real is the sign itself, though I did apply ps's native "distort-glass" filter to it (just the sign). Here is the pic that I started with, taken last summer.
I didn't have exif data for the photoshopped version at the time but here it is for the original:

Pat, this is just too smart for me. But great job in this edit.
Can you tell me how long this took you overall?
OK, guessing here, but probably an hour or two. (It was over a year ago). It takes whatever time it takes. The whole idea of efficient workflow kind of goes against the grain for me. I prefer to reflect, contemplate, try this and that, put it away for awhile, come back to it, do different versions, etc. The creating is as important as the creation.
Thanks Pat,
I definitely agree with the "putting it away for a while", as when we come back to the same shots later, we often see differently.... and then alter our edits accordingly.
Sometimes I tend to move too fast, but that is just my life at present.
Sandy, I don't have much in the way of Santa shots at present, but I'm sure some members will. Especially the ones with small kids.
So, all those with kids and beautiful Santa shots, post away to the INTERPRETATION GAME.
Hi Pat,
I also feel these games all now start to look a little alike, but I really loved your mistake!
I was going to write sooner, but I knew you would pick up that you were in the wrong game! All the more fun.
Yes, I thought I was in the "alphapretation spy below me" game and had already taken ketchup about as far as I could get away with. So I'm thinking, "K.....k....k.....Kaye!" And with that brilliant insight, I guess I thought my thinking was done for the day.
I figure I have a decent shot at the "Smooth recovery from a cyber faux-pas" contest, though.
Pat, I am so pleased that at least someone thought about me today.
PAT SAID: I figure I have a decent shot at the "Smooth recovery from a cyber faux-pas" contest, though.
I definitely agree Pat. Maybe you could put in "Faux-pas" as a new game... it could be fun.
I am starting to feel that maybe Steve (Hype)... "or all of us" into the games, should start up new and clearer names for them all. It becomes like a FILING SYSTEM which needs upgrading.
What you think??

Hi Kaye,
What are your ideas for renaming?
I don't think I can rename the threads so that will be a job for admin.

Steve, I haven't thought that far yet! Perhaps some of the other members may have some ideas. I think they need to be simple and self explanatory. eg. Perhaps the Before & After game could be something like "THE BEST EDIT" or "THE EDIT GAME" ???

Posted this later:
I just think that it would make it easier & quicker when we look up the list of FUN & GAMES, to see the ONE MAJOR WORD OF THE HEADING STAND OUT:
EDIT GAME..........
CAPTIONS GAME......
I SPY GAME......... etc...
What are your thoughts?
To be honest, I wouldn't be so sure changing the names would help too much.
I don't think people have a difficulties reading 1,2, or 3 word subject titles.
Anyway, That's just my thoughts.
Hi Steve,
Your thoughts count heaps as it was you who posted all these games, and a big thank you. I think they are great.
It was only a thought to speed things up, as often I look thru the games even with no new posts... and have clicked on the wrong game.. now that the list is a little longer.
Perhaps it is just me!
A few suggestions:
Alphabet Game: Graphic Representations of Abecadarian Sequentiality.
Caption Game: Rubrical Nomenclatural Sobriquets.
Photo Below Me: Extrapolation in Negative Hierarchy of Percieved Elements of Photographical Rendtion.
Before and After: Transmorgraphicational Elucidation of Previously Rendered Representations of Subject to be Interpreted.
Our Story: Anecdotal Allegories of Personal Transition.
For reasonable compensation I am also available as a child naming consultant.
Sandy....no filters on cam. Sometimes I'll intentionally underexpose or bracket shoot and select the darker exposure. The rest is PP. One of the pics was shot at night, another is HDR, I believe the rest are PP.
