Hi all,

These are shots of a Water Dragon taken on almost full zoom on my little FE-370 today.

If anyone wants to have a go at these, they are most welcome.

I have attached my original of each shot, and also my first edit of each shot. It may save some time if you wish to go from my first edit. This is up to you.

I think this little dragon can look good, but I am no good at masks, etc. as yet.

My first edit for both shots is on the left (guess this is not hard to tell, as the original is a bit gloomy).

And another one.....I'm not sure if I've distorted the colors too much, but here's
a look so far.

Nice edits Sandy. Thank you. It is difficult when there is lots of light in the background.

Thanks Kaye,
That was fun!

Good Morning, Kaye. Took me awhile to get around to this. Having computer probs. Excruciatingly slow connection speeds.
I did the basic shadows/highlights adjustment with slight oversharpening on a new layer with reduced opacity.

Very nice Pat. Thanks so much for spending the time. Hope your computer is well again!
The second one I think is the best shot and best edit. As I said to Sandy above, the light in the background makes it difficult unless you are a whizz with layers, etc.
For this second shot, I presume you edited from my original - am I correct?

Yes. I used the original in both cases.

Hi Kaye :^)

It took some doing but think I put a dent in the one image you posted. Again, all over the place as far as
stuff that I was using but eventually something took shape...

I started from scratch on this one using the original image...

And just added the second one.... :^)

Thanks Stephen, These are great. I am also in the process of editing these as I need the practice. May post a couple when I have finished, in Nature & Animals.
