Why does this site not have a chat room???

I was told it's because, as convenient as it would be for the chatters on it at specific times, the site mods feel it would detract from everyone being able to benefit and read about situations. This way even if the main conversation about a problem, solution or critique is over, people can still log onto the forum and read about it themselves where they wouldn't be able to with a chat.

Might be a chance for everyone to get to know each other a bit better. Maybe have some "real time" guest speakers and such.
